El salto: la transformación.

Atrapado en el salto; otro desafío que la vida propone. 

Atrevido como el loco que, sin mirar atrás, elige seguir cambiando, labrando su identidad y destino. 

Su vestimenta fragmentada entre payaso y ciudadano lo sitúa entre dos mundos: el espectáculo de la vida y su propia realidad, la pertenencia y el desarraigo constante.

 En su mano trasera sostiene un brote, símbolo de la esperanza y la fe, recordándole que, pese a los obstáculos, lleva consigo una semilla viva. 

Como en el circo, la vida exige saltar sin certezas, confiando en que el fuego no lo consumirá, sino que iluminará su gran salto cuántico.

The Leap: Transformation

Trapped in the leap—another challenge life presents.
Daring like the fool who, without looking back, chooses to keep changing, shaping his identity and destiny.
His fragmented attire, between clown and citizen, places him between two worlds: the spectacle of life and his own reality, belonging and constant uprooting.
In his back hand, he holds a sprout—a symbol of hope and faith—reminding him that despite the obstacles, he carries a living seed within.
As in the circus, life demands jumping without certainties, trusting that the fire will not consume him but rather illuminate his great quantum leap.

Mi primer contacto con el arte ocurrió en la Escuela de Artes y Oficios de Ibiza, donde descubrí mi pasión por la escritura y la fotografía. Estas primeras experiencias me permitieron trasladar mi mundo interior a una forma de expresión artística y sanadora.

Más tarde, viviendo en Buenos Aires, comencé a explorar la pintura, enfocándome en obras abstractas llenas de color, a menudo integrando personajes que intervenían en las composiciones. Durante esa etapa también experimenté con la cerámica, un proceso que me enseñó el valioso arte de la paciencia, recordándome que todo tiene su tiempo y que no podemos acelerarlo.

Antes de regresar a la isla, descubrí el punch needle, una técnica que me acompañó durante los meses de confinamiento creando mi primera alfombra. Ya de vuelta en Ibiza, hace cuatro años, me incliné por el tufting, una técnica perfectamente afín a mi personalidad, ya que me permite trabajar con rapidez y energía.

Tras explorar un sinfín de productos con lana, me especialicé en la creación de tapices, donde puedo narrar historias de forma visual y táctil, combinando técnica y emoción.

Estoy profundamente agradecida por el apoyo local a los artistas, que me ha brindado la posibilidad de participar en los concursos organizados por Ibiza Art Guide, donde tuve el honor de ganar el primer premio durante dos años consecutivos. Valoro enormemente el circuito artístico de esta pequeña isla, que crece y se fortalece día a día, fomentando el desarrollo y la conexión entre artistas locales.

Mi obra refleja las expresiones del mundo cotidiano, fusionadas con la profunda naturaleza espiritual que nos define como seres humanos.

My first contact with art took place at the School of Arts and Crafts in Ibiza, where I discovered my passion for writing and photography. These early experiences allowed me to translate my inner world into an artistic and healing form of expression.

Later, while living in Buenos Aires, I began exploring painting, focusing on abstract works full of color, often integrating characters that interacted within the compositions. During that stage, I also experimented with ceramics, a process that taught me the valuable art of patience, reminding me that everything has its own time and cannot be rushed.

Before returning to the island, I discovered punch needle, a technique that accompanied me during the months of confinement, leading me to create my first rug. Back in Ibiza, four years ago, I turned to tufting, a technique perfectly aligned with my personality, as it allows me to work with speed and energy.

After exploring countless wool-based products, I specialized in tapestry-making, where I can narrate stories in a visual and tactile way, blending technique with emotion.

I am deeply grateful for the local support of artists, which has given me the opportunity to participate in the competitions organized by Ibiza Art Guide, where I had the honor of winning first prize for two consecutive years. I highly value the artistic circuit of this small island, which continues to grow and strengthen, fostering the development and connection of local artists.

My work reflects the expressions of everyday life, fused with the profound spiritual nature that defines us as human beings.
